Louis Vuitton Fall Winter 2020 Men's Collection
In the fourth Louis Vuitton fashion show under artistic director Virgil Abloh’s vision, attendees and Louis Vuitton’s loyal followers were not disappointed by the roundup of styles for the Fall / Winter 2020 Menswear Collection. The looks started with more modern takes on classic suits, followed by coats and outerwear vibrantly accented with opulent fabrics and materials.
As the looks continued to make their way down the otherworldly runway, the men’s collection for Louis Vuitton became increasingly more doused in modern street style featuring the now iconic Virgil Abloh chain.
The theme for Louis Vuitton’s Fall / Winter 2020 show was “Heaven on Earth” and held at the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris. Outside of the otherworldly runway and floor to ceiling cloud murals remnant of a dream, its theme was further brought to life by the adornments of clouds and sky blue hues worn by the models in the shows final looks.
Virgil Abloh’s Fall / Winter 2020 Men’s Collection reshapes and reimagines more classic Louis Vuitton styles, such as classic trunk and popular LV monogram, with a welcome update to the brand founded in 1854. The reinvention of these styles doesn’t deviate far from the mixtures of leathers and color seen in previous collections released since Virgil Abloh’s artistic direction.
The entire show featured over 50 looks and we’ve selected a handful of our favorites to feature. You can watch the full “Heaven on Earth” fashion show here.
