Dior Fall 2021 Men’s Collection in Collaboration with Kenny Scharf

Hypercolored and hyperreal, Kim Jones’s 2021 men’s collection is revealed in a series of captivating images infused with the acidic vitality of Kenny Scharf’s world.

Brightly colored pieces signed by the Artistic Director of Dior Men’s collections in collaboration with the American painter and visual artist are revealed through photographer Rafael Pavarotti’s lens. In an ode to Kenny Scharf’s joyful pop aesthetic, backdrops decorated with his artwork appear as if in motion, punctuated by characters poised at the crossroads of cartoons, surrealism and science fiction.

These impish figures complement those found on clothes and accessories, such as the iconic Saddle and Soft Saddle bags, on which they are reinterpreted in precious seed stitch embroideries. Bags from the Dior Lock line as well as the Dior Explorer Boots also stand out as new style statements in the Dior Men’s Fall ‘21 wardrobe.

As mentioned, the Dior Lock bag asserts itself as a style statement for men this fall. Blending vintage inspirations with a contemporary spirit, the Dior Lock’s structured volumes revisit the form of the briefcase, underscored by a unique metallic clasp engraved with the “Dior” logo, this new line’s signature. Available as part of the Dior Fall 2021 release in bi-material finish, the Dior Lock bag is available in oblique canvas, smooth calfskin leather, or azure blue crocodile making it the perfect seasonal staple.
